What do I do if I have been in an accident?
Stay calm and exchange insurance information if another motorist is involved. Then call us at 817-677-9244 with your vehicle make, model, and year, the type of damage, your insurance company, and your deductible status. If the vehicle is drivable, bring it to 3620 Graves Blvd, Suite 7 in Pantego. If it is not drivable, we will arrange a tow immediately. Finally, notify your insurance company that the vehicle has been dropped off with us.
My insurance says I have to use their recommended shop. Is that true?
No. In Texas you have the legal right to choose your own auto body repair shop — it is your vehicle and your decision. Insurers often suggest preferred shops for cost reasons, not quality. It is illegal for an insurer to require you to use a specific repair facility.
How long will my repair take?
With proper insurance cooperation we aim to complete most collision repairs within two to three weeks. Smaller dent, panel, and bumper work is often finished in a few days. We give you a target date at estimate time and update you throughout.
Will my insurance premium go up?
Comprehensive claims — glass damage, hitting an animal, storm damage, vandalism, or theft — generally will not raise your premium. Collision premiums may increase only if you are found more than 49% at fault. If you are not at fault, you either will not pay your deductible or you will be reimbursed for it.
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes. Every repair we perform is backed by a written lifetime warranty for as long as you own the vehicle. It covers our workmanship on the repairs we completed.
