What To Do After a Car Accident in Arlington or Pantego
A calm, step-by-step checklist for the first hour after a collision in Tarrant County — documentation, towing, and claims.
The minutes after a collision are the worst time to make decisions, so it helps to have the order of operations already in your head.
1. Safety first
Move out of traffic if the vehicle is drivable, turn on hazards, and check everyone in the car. If anyone is hurt, call 911 before anything else.
2. Document everything
Photograph all four corners of both vehicles, the wider scene, license plates, and any debris. Exchange insurance and contact information. Get the police report number if an officer responds — adjusters ask for it.
3. Decide where the car goes
Do not let a tow operator choose the shop for you. If the vehicle is drivable, bring it to 3620 Graves Blvd, Suite 7 in Pantego. If it is not, call us and we will arrange the tow anywhere in the Tarrant and Dallas County area.
4. Open the claim, then let us take over
Notify your insurance company that the vehicle has been dropped off with us. From there we handle the estimate, the adjuster, supplements for hidden damage, and your rental through Enterprise.
